Hanger 24 Craft Brewing - Tenant Improvement & Structural Retrofit

This project involved a comprehensive tenant improvement and structural retrofit of an existing commercial space to accommodate the operations of Hangar 24 Craft Brewing. The scope of work encompassed a full interior redesign tailored to meet the functional and aesthetic requirements of the brewery, creating an environment that reflects the brand's identity while optimizing the space for both production and guest experience.

In addition to the architectural improvements, a thorough structural assessment of the existing building was conducted. The evaluation revealed that several structural members had been undersized or improperly installed, posing potential safety and performance concerns.
